Undertakings

• I confirm that the information given in Part 2 of the Agreement is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
• I agree to indemnify the park owner and his representatives against all liability, actions and expenses, however arising as a result of any failure to comply with the conditions of this consent or the execution of any works or the use of any machinery on the park.
• If, in the opinion of the park owner, the works outlined above require planning consent, I undertake to pay all associated costs of the park owner in applying for such consent.
• I give my consent for a representative of The Berkeley Leisure Group Ltd. to enter upon the pitch (possibly at short notice) to assess this request to carry out refurbishment works.

I agree to all the Undertakings outlined above.

I confirm that I (or my contractor if appropriate) have experience in the manufacture and / or maintenance of park homes and that all staff employed will be appropriately qualified and suitable trained

I am familiar with, agree and abide by and confirm that the works, when complete, will not be in conflict with, the considerations set out in the Terms & Conditions.
